The opportunity to do this point to point triathlon is very special. As was the chance to swim from one island to another with musical accompaniment, or the fantastic reception we got from the school kids lining the street, the police blocking traffic at every intersection and all the HKEC volunteers at check points giving us so much encouragement. Thanks for the event! This was a real challenge to even just finish - with all the hills, all the heat. Epic! And organized so so well! I think you made all the participants feel special, with roadside crowds, with the traditional music, even the welcome at the airport - just amazing.
